The owner wanted to update the kitchen to give it a high-end look without a high-end cost.

Although the old laminate countertops weren’t damaged, they were very plain and did nothing for the overall look of the kitchen.
The owner chose to have the Granicrete system backsplash installed along with the new Granicrete countertops.
The travertine look backsplash continued up the wall on the side of the pantry, giving continuity to the room and making it look larger.
